| Check it out, April 2008 Peo photos and videos! Broken up into two posts.
Post 1: 32 photos, no videos, all from the Touch-a-Truck event that raised funds for the Family to Family center in Las Vegas. There needs to be one of these in Austin to raise funds for a worthy cause, because the overhead is low (you just have to get some volunteers to call up anything that might have an interesting vehicle to share and convince them to bring it by and let kids sit in it, and get a donated/cheap space like this surplus casino parking lot) and at $6 a person ($5 for those who found the online coupon) you rake in some serious cash! Plus, everyone I knew who went had the best time, kids and parents both.

| Hey wow, I found some time to put together a photo and movie post! And it's from March! Of...um...2008. Heh. Yeah, I know, that's a sick amount to be behind, but maybe I'll feel inspired and do April next week...

| In sorting through February's pictures, I found some of Peo playing with the sign from our SCHIP Veto protest that I forgot to include in the post of photos from October 2007. | I'm sorting through our giant pile of baby clothes so I can pull out everything that is too small for Peo but is being kept for future kid(s), and give anything that we hardly used or didn't like (ie the leopard print stuff that got donated to us) to Goodwill (which, incidentally, Peo calls the "ghostie store" and if you look at their logo, you'll sorta see why). The stuff we're keeping is getting vacu-sucked into a space bag for airtight preservation.

I didn't dare let Peo see any of this stuff, because she'd demand to wear it now and be heartbroken when it doesn't fit. But I did put the teeeeeeeeeeeeny socks on my fingers to go show Corran to make him squishy too.

| Happy Easter or whatever spring fling suits your tastes. :D
Peo had an Easter Egg hunt in the backyard which was so much fun she forgot that she was sick for awhile. I told her that the Easter Bunny hides eggs but that Mummy and Daddy help. Most of them were on the ground in clumps of long grass or clover (we don't mow often in the backyard), inside plastic eggs. I put her three knitted eggs up in the trees, though, and put four plastic eggs into our backyard lamp. It took awhile to convince her to look up...my subtle hints about bunnies liking to hop very high weren't good enough!
There are tons of pics and videos, but I'm still working on posting stuff from last November (and I'm deeply swamped in other issues that are keeping me away from productive computer time), but here's one pretty piccy for now (assuming my adjustment to my website's .htaccess file worked...I'm having issues with that tooo, aiiieeee...)
